HIGH FIVE NEWSLETTER

12th May 2020

The attached High Five Newsletter is well worth a read.

Mrs Mc Master

It’s time again for another edition of the High Five Newsletter from Primary Behaviour Support and Provisions. This resource pack, for both children and adults, is filled with great ideas to help you stay well and be happy during this time that you are not going to school.   You have heard about how important it is to take at least 5 portions of fruit and vegetables a day for your physical health.  The activities in the High Five newsletter are based on the Health and Social Care Take 5 framework and focused on the 5 areas of  Give, Be Active, Connect, Keep Learning and Take Notice to help with our emotional and mental health.     We would love to hear your feedback, if you want to share pictures of activities completed from the newsletter or make suggestions please email us at: primarybsp.enquiries@eani.org.uk
