Microsoft DreamSpace Ambassador Programme

St Brigid’s Primary School, Tirkane / Bunscoil Naomh Bríd is proud to announce its

participation in the prestigious Microsoft DreamSpace Ambassador Programme for the  current academic year. This initiative provides immersive, research-based STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) experiences for students and educators, while fostering essential skills such as creativity, empathy, ethical decision-making, and collaboration.

Ten Year 7 pupils from St Brigid’s Primary School, Tirkane / Bunscoil Naomh Bríd have

been selected as DreamSpace Ambassadors. Through online training, these students will

become DreamSpace Specialists, taking on leadership roles within the school and local

community. Their responsibilities include demonstrating STEM activities, leading peer

training sessions, and supporting classmates and teachers in developing new digital skills.

ICT Co-ordinator Aisling Mc Erlean commented: “We are delighted to be part of this innovative programme. It empowers our students to lead, collaborate, and inspire others while gaining valuable STEM and life skills.”
